Hello, my name is Sony Roy. Why should I be interested in this case? At the start, let us realize that it takes some one who has suffered from people not the system to recognize the ills in people trying to impact the system. why do I need this point? THE late Dr. Ed Deming stated emphatically that systems in organizations make up 85% and the rest 15% is made UP of People AND THEIR PERSONAL VIEWS OR OPINIONS I SUBMIT. President Obama is the current President therefore I do not expect him to be too vocal about this. So, since I have the biggest case in the nation currently, I volunteer to assist with my case and pinpoint SOME OF THE AREAS OF THAT 15% THAT MAY BE DETRIMENTAL TO THE 85%. First of all, we have the best judicial system in the world and I believe that deep down in my heart as a foreigner. After understanding the judicial make up of other countries, it is imperative for me to send a strong signal to the world and let them know that AS AN HAITIAN FOREIGNER, America is strong judicially and that because of our democratic system of checks and balances.
However, what I see here is that we need continuous improvement IN OUR IMPLEMENTATION OF THE SYSTEM in ACCOUNTABILITY at different levels. Why do we need ACCOUNTABILITY? We need accountability to level the playing fields. Now, we must also recognize that we are dealing with trends, and it is remarkable to know that trends do not get changed by one act or an apology but by a process. The best way to change course is to realize tour aim and our target. My thesis is intact and that is AMERICA does not have a systemic problem.
Establish CHECKS AND BALANCES as the three level of quality as follows:
TIP # 1) TOTAL JUDICIAL INSPECTION. (TJI) Making sure that a floating judge reviews the chronicvles and notes of these judges and let them know you would do that. Hold them accountable fopr what they do. 85/14 RULE to apply at all time and to make sure the quality is working all throughout the system not at the end. The Late Dr. Ed. Deming was correct when he talked about the 85/15 RULE. Meaning, in all organizations, 85% of the problems stems from the system and only 15% stems from people. If we were to apply that rule here, we would say that there is something inherently deficient with the system handed to these Judges and/or they manipulate the system to their own advantage. Now, knowing the quality of JUDICIAL PERFORMANCE justice Breyer seeks, I find it interesting that these judges do not have ongoing training sessions to prevent such severe and nefarious acts as was in the case of Chief Judge CEBULL who had repeatedly sent out e-mails as he stated himself. We do not klnow yet how many of these e-mails were sent as the chief Judge stated, he does send these kinds of emails all the times, I quote randomly here, meaning, he may have sent more than the current six discussed in this news. To this end, and since I have been a victim of the CIVIL RIGHTS ACT of 1964 also, and my case is not yet resolved, I decided to write a series of blogs to assist the high court in correcting such mishapps to prevent chaos ahead. I was trained in Total Quality Management and I wish to share here three tips with Justice Beyer that may prevent such disasters ahead:
TIP #2) TOTAL JUDICIAL CONTROL. (TJC) A monthly reporting system that reviews on a random sampling basis major cases and how they are handled, regardless of the Judge's discretion. I saw a Quality Assurance Controller for Buses and he was down serious about his job. When any driver comes even three minutes late, he was there to remind them of the need to be on time just quality control.
TIP #3) TOTAL JUDICIAL ASSURANCE. (TJA) It would be a great idea to have a TOTAL QUALITY ASURANCE for the judicial also annually.
You see, it is not enough to pinpoint wrongs, one must be wiling to offer an alternative and that is not reinventing the wheels, there must be a fresh approach to rectify wrong and I do not believe that such exists in this fashion. SEEK RACIAL PEACE
MESSAGE ALERT: This is a new trend, and, we demand justice more than an apology this time. I have been telling the Chief Justice at the 11th Circuit that these judges do terrible stuff. NOW I Hope they will believe me.
Although I respect THE CHIEF JUDGE'S COURAGE AND HIS TAKING RESPONSIBILITIES FOR HIS ACTIONS, which I think is noble. Nonetheless, I had received such an apology before from a Chief Judge in Northern Florida nominated by the President George W, Bush and later she said worst than that and went so far as to break the 1964 CIVIL RIGHTS ACT while protecting those who hurt me and my family to our demise and seven years of pain and orderted me serve servitude by paying those who attacked me and caused my financial ruin and that of my entire faily which I ultimately lost. She ordered me become a slave in 2011, by insisting that I Pay those who attacked and wounded me. She breached the 1964 CIVIL RIGHTS ACT by stating that I, SONY ROY, African American, own propertyin an area that HISTORICALLY has been RACIALLY SEGREGATED. Then, she executed her order unbeknown to the Chief Justice and the Members of the High Court. The Judicial has problems and as citizens, our job is not to stand by idly criticizing the nation but to demand accountability from those on whom we have conferred high posts and positions and who claim expertise in sensitive areas of discrimination. During subsequent posts, I will reveal the list of SEVEN JUDGES THAT HAVE BREACHED the 1964 CIVIL RIGHTS ACT.
